How Sophos Is Rewarding MSP Commitments

Sophos is rewarding committed MSPs with better pricing, exclusive benefits, and new rebates through its Elevate program.

Sophos is doubling down on its commitment to managed service providers with the launch of its new MSP Elevate program. The initiative introduces a performance-based engagement model that rewards partners for making predictable, term-based investments in the Sophos cybersecurity portfolio.

Unlike the company's long-standing consumption-based MSP Flex model — which remains available for partners seeking pay-as-you-go flexibility — Elevate is built around a 12-month commitment of $2,000 in monthly spend. While modest, the commitment unlocks a powerful set of benefits designed to drive profitability and accelerate practice development.

Elevate partners receive preferred pricing through bundled offerings, access to premium features exclusive to the program, and complimentary training for sales and technical teams. Notably, Sophos has introduced rebates purpose-built for MSPs for the first time, further enhancing partners’ margin potential. Sophos is also prioritizing Elevate members for new product releases and roadmap initiatives, underscoring the program’s strategic importance.

The program reflects Sophos’ broader recognition that MSPs are increasingly service-led and face complex challenges as customer demand for advanced security and simplified operations rises. According to Chris Bell, SVP of Global Channels, Elevate is about making Sophos easier to do business with by providing prescriptive offerings that align security outcomes with financial results.

Early adoption has exceeded expectations. Within weeks of the launch, hundreds of partners joined Elevate, accounting for more than 10% of Sophos’ MSP revenue. Bell expects that number to grow substantially over the next year as Elevate becomes a magnet for both existing and new partners looking to build scalable, profitable cybersecurity practices.

By delivering compelling economics and a platform designed for scale, Sophos is positioning Elevate as a competitive differentiator — and making a strong case for partner commitment in return.

Chris Bell joins Larry Walsh in the latest episode of Changing Channels to discuss Sophos Elevate, and the strategy and objectives behind the new managed-service program.
