Vendor taking partner-first approach with secure payment solutions
PCI Pal, a U.K.-based provider of PCI compliance solutions for contact centers, today announced the launch of a global partner program as part of the company’s new partner-first channel approach.
The Lowdown: Aimed mainly at carriers, VARs, payment providers, CCaaS and UCaaS vendors, and service providers that sell voice, wireless, and customer-engagement wares, the new PCI Pal program comes with a full slate of sales and product training, marketing toolkits, and comprehensive technical support, officials said.
The Details: Partners will get support for integrating PCI Pal’s payment security solutions into their own services. With PCI Pal offerings, partners can add PCI compliance features like Cardholder Not Present payment handling in contact center environments. The three-tier program is available worldwide for referral, solution provider, and integrated partner levels.
The Buzz: “Payment security, cybersecurity, and PCI compliance remain high on boardroom agendas across the world,” said Darren Gill, Chief Revenue Officer at PCI Pal. “Organizations are focused on safeguarding customer data in order to avoid data breaches and any associated financial penalties or reputational damage that may follow. The market for PCI-compliant solutions therefore continues to expand globally.
“Through our program, partners will have access to a consistent model that allows them to grow with us,” Gill added. “We have formulated extensive sales and product training resources, alongside exceptional marketing and sales tools, and reliable technical support, which we will provide in collaboration with our partners to ensure mutual success for all involved.”
“PCI compliance is important for clients of ours who are handling sensitive card payments. By working in partnership with PCI Pal, we help them fully manage and meet the very latest data security standards, backed by PCI Pal’s range of solutions and its team of specialists,” said Olga Lykova, vice president of North America alliances at current PCI Pal partner Vonage.
“PCI Pal has further enhanced our strong portfolio of PCI solutions by providing a fully assisted service for customers taking telephone payments,” said Andrew Davies, product development and strategy director for Capita Software’s Pay360. “PCI Pal’s technology is all cloud-based and compatible with the latest advances in VoIP telephony. This enables Pay360 to offer unrivaled choice when it comes to safeguarding our customers’ sensitive financial data.”
