Vendor’s Access Now Program aims to help partners hone cybersecurity chops
VPN and NAC provider Pulse Secure rolled out a new three-tier partner program this week that will reward participants for certified security expertise across multiple domains.
The Lowdown: The new Access Now program features additional rewards in the form of rebates and market development funds for partners of the Juniper Networks spinoff.
The Details: Access Now includes three program tiers: Authorized, Preferred, and Elite. Each level features rewards and incentives that reflect partners’ investment in Pulse’s solutions and their maintenance of multiple certifications in Pulse’s NAC, VPN, and EMM technologies.

• Interactive partner resource portal
• Discounted demo equipment
• Enhanced deal registration
• Joint marketing funds and sales promotions
• Enhanced lead registration process
• Dedicated account management and support teams
The Buzz: “Enterprises are looking to fortify cyber defenses, be more responsive to exposure, and manage risk, while at the same time wrestling with the shortage of security talent,” said Frost & Sullivan security analyst Tony Massimini. “Organizations will continue to expand their relationships with value-added resellers that offer needed expertise, selection and implementation capabilities, and managed services.
“Interoperable security platforms, such as Pulse’s Secure Access suites, offer the consolidated functional, operational, and cost advantages sought by enterprises, resellers, and service providers alike,” Massimini said.
